As stated in earlier reviews, the building and location are not the best in town. Don't let that fool you. I am very satisfied that my vehicle was properly repaired and the price was fair. I will be back to see Cruz next time I need a good mechanic.
I've been taking my parents vehicles there for the past year and a half. The owner is a great man who is always honest and fare. He does great quality work and is always there for the customers. One of the best car services I've had in Waxahachie!
I was referred to Cruz Services by a friend. Cruz was very friendly, upfront with the work he would perform and provided an estimate prior to my leaving the vehicle. My vehicle was completed on time as promised and the bill matched the upfront estimate.
they lied to me, took my money and i ended up with a car with a cracked engine block. they took me for 600.00 dollars and never looked back. very shady outfit.
We moved to Waxahachie almost two years ago. Needed a mechanic and our friends (and long-time residents) told us, "You gotta to to Cruz!" No, it is not a pretty building or location, but we have ALWAYS gotten excellent service and good deals at Cruz Service. In fact, I am about to have my car towed over there right now!
