I am giving 1 star because can't give none. I have lived in Waxahachie since 1970 and up until about 6 months ago have always had pretty good delivery service. All of a sudden I am getting other people's mail and they are getting mine. I had a person from down the block bring a very important piece of mail to me that was misdelivered. A very important tax information piece of mail that should have reached me by now is missing. What has happened to the post office here.
Called to report mail not delivered in the last several days. Spoke to Chris who was very helpful and pleasant. Very good customer service!
We've lived here since July and has never had a problem until now. We've been getting other people's mail & our new mail carrier drives backwards pretty fast down our street just to deliver mail. We've been waiting for almost 2 weeks for a letter that should have been here last week.
I'm usually pretty gracious and forgiving but literally one of the worst experiences I've ever had with the post office.
Always getting other people's mail. A card supposed to come to me for my birthday that had cash in it went missing. My apartment manager finds my mail on top of the mail boxes cuz other people get my mail. And I get my mail shoved in my front door cuz other neighbors get my mail and are nice enough to hand deliver it to my door.
