You get what you pay for. Yes the roof leaks and there is no attendant but the price is cheap that you can wash 3 loads and dry them for under $5
I had two loads of laundry stolen from here, Spring 2015. I never even stepped outside! Nearly every sock, short-sleeve shirt, and pair of underwear I owned. Nothing expensive, but still, an entire wardrobe lost in a day isn't easy or cheap to rebuild. Some of it was irreplaceable. Also, there isn't a single attendant to speak to about anything, and the floor is always covered in dryer sheets.
Roof leaks, german roaches everywhere. Washers smell like dirty diapers, dryers do not work/have not worked in months. Poorly maintained, and even more poorly managed.
Plenty of washing machines and dryers that are available to use. Upgraded washers for a better wash!
