I usually don't review places I shop at, but I had such a great experience at Wiley's that I wanted to let people know how great they are! First of all, I'm always skeptical with diamond and fine jewelry stores and never know if I'm getting a good deal or if the sales people are genuine. Wiley's took all my worry away with their amazing employees and fantastic selection. I was able to find the PERFECT engagement ring for a great deal and a great warranty! This place is far above any chain jeweler you will find and I highly recommend them.
Recently took my wedding ring in for cleaning and inspection. They looked it over and found that I was missing one prong and one was worn on my center diamond. The repair was fairly priced and got it back 2 days earlier than promised! My ring hasn't looked that good since it was brand new! Im so happy I found them otherwise I would be driving into dallas. Wiley's is a very professional jewelry store and I highly recommend them.
We had a diamond reset in a new ring and had it resized last year. Professional work, all done as promised (and on time). Prices were rather high, however. We also found that their gold buying prices are very low. They offered $600 for a necklace we no longer wanted, but we got $850 for it from Gillespie's in Dallas.
Wiley's has done an incredible job for us! We are a young couple in our early 20's and went into Wiley's after experiencing some rudeness at another jewelry store in the area, and were so encouraged by the way Wiley's handled everything. We were instantly greeted with friendship and professionalism, and we knew instantly that we wanted to work with them to build my engagement ring! Lauren, Vanessa, and Tricia helped tremendously and were there to answer each and every question we had about anything. They even showed me some customs that they had done in the past, which helped me to trust that they could handle my design (I am very picky). There were no hidden agendas or things gone untold. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this place for couples! I will post pictures once everything is done :)
