Have been at least 3 times with severe migraine. Had to sit for hours with room full of kids running around playing and entire family there. Each time giving up and leaving. Oh and each time asking the front desk to put me off in a corner on the floor where I could get some quiet. No help. The hospital is not there to party and have such disrespect for patients. Will never return unless ambulance has to bring me. Old hospital was so much better regarding everything.
I would love to have given an over all 5 stars, except for a few Techs that need to learn the proper use of pressure bandages. Especially where older seniors are concerned.

I went in yesterday morning for my gallbladder and they got me right in! All the staff was amazingly sweet and they took very good care of me. I been with this pain for 5 years and nobody would listen to me but the first time I go to waxahachie they did and they took it out! I’ve never been treated so good and I would highly recommend this Hospital!
The staff and nurse were very nice, professional. My only issue is they didn't fix the issue, the main reason why I needed to be in the ER. Needless to say I'll still need to visit my PCP. No blood was even taken to find out why I had the issues. I was just given Motrin and a prescription to help with the inflammation. So yeah to sum it. I wasted my money, time and co-pay. But never again!!!
The Doctors, Nurses, and Nurses Aids are fabulous. Love their compassion and care. I give them all 5 Stars.
Brought my wife into the ER 2 weeks ago and they diagnosed her with Pneumonia and Sinus Infection. They gave her antibiotics and some prescriptions to take at home and then sent her home. 2 Weeks later after following up with her Dr. for pain in her side.They scheduled her for another CT to check her Lungs but my poor wife was so disgusted with their lack of responsiveness We ended up taking her Mansfield Methodist where they didn't waste anytime admitting her after confirming she still had Pnuemonia and they had to install tubes into her lungs to remove a lot of fluid from her lungs so I have lost complete Faith in this Hospital and its staff in dealing with my families health problems and I wouldn't take my loved ones here again.I guess that's what kind of care you can expect from a non profit Hospital!
