When we had trouble getting our insurance company to cover extensive roof repairs, AllCare advocated for us and we were able to get what we needed to complete the job. Even had direct owner involvement on site. Derek Sewell did a great job communicating with me every step of the way. He completely understood our schedule constraints and made it work. Even with higher priority jobs in the area due to severe hail storms, they fit us in and did an excellent job with both roofing and drywall repairs. They are in my phone's contacts for good!

When we discovered that our roof had a leak and nothing we did solved the problem, I was relieved to have an AllCare representative come by and offer a free roof inspection. At first, I was skeptical about their claims of "No-obligation" and "we can get your home a new roof for little to no cost to you," but this is exactly what I experienced! Derek Sewell was the Project Manager that took on our roof. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, a great person to work with. He handled all of our questions with ease and gave us advice on how to handle the dreaded Insurance Claim Process. The installation was done quickly and efficiently; my favorite part was seeing the big hole in the roof decking, which more than explained the leak, and seeing the new decking being installed. We now have a brand new, beautiful roof that's the envy of the neighborhood, and no more leak! Best part of the whole process? There really were no out of pocket costs to me!
