I got ripped off! On July 7th 2016 I had someone come out to my house to look at my refrigerator because my freezer was not getting cold enough. After less than 5 minutes I was told it had a leak and needed freon. The repair man told me it would cost around $700 to fix, he would have to take it back to their shop and that it wasn't guaranteed. He was right about the leak but I had another appliance repair company take a look and they added the freon and did what the other place said they had to do at their shop for $60. It's not a permanent fix but they actually did something and charged only half of what C A Wilson charged me. I am highly disappointed in the service I received from C A Wilson. I do NOT recommend them to anyone for anything.
Justin and Ryan made appliance shopping easy! They were great about getting the items we wanted even if they did not carry them in the store! Install was seamless and they worked around our schedule. Loved being able to stay local and the peace of mind that comes with knowing that help is close by if problems arise with our appliances.
