You have to have already seen a pain physician in order to see them. The receptionist spoke to me like I was dumb and kept cutting me off while I was asking questions. Teach your staff about professional courtesy. If you don't do your own radiology, then say so.
Dr. Khoury is very helpful and professional, communicates very well what the procedures he is performing. Excellent staff.
There is one new doctor there that needs to be let go. He believes all patients should be taken off pain meds and that all patients are drug seekers. He actually told me that. This is a great place with good doctors except this doctor. They really need to let him go before he destroys what they have worked so hard to build a nice place with other good doctors. Doctors that's are in pain management and believes that patients should be taken off all their pain meds should not be in pain management. So sad to see this happen their.
I spoke to Jenna yesterday to locate the order from my PCP. No response today, and three calls made today, and NO ONE was available all day to return my calls and to follow up with the previous inquiry?! The sad part of it is I am a current patient!
Dr. A is ok but you have to beg to get procedure details. Then, at check out, I got three different answers to one procedural question, which was different from what doc told me. Then, I had Rx issue to discuss but Dr. A had already left. Been without a major med for 4 days !!! Unorganized.
